Those supporting SEZs will meet waterloo: Mesquita

Margao, Oct 30, 2007: Goa’s date for destiny has finally arrived; the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate for the by-election, Dr Wilfred Mesquita said and expressed confidence that the enemies of Goa, who support SEZs and other destructive plans, will meet their waterloo on October 31. Mahindra pitches for more SEZs

New Delhi, Oct 31, 2007 (IANS): A forceful plea for creating more special economic zones (SEZs) to drive India’s economic growth was made at the Fortune Global Forum by industrialist Anand Mahindra here on Tuesday. “The answer lies in SEZs. That’s the route China took to its development,” Mahindra & Mahindra’s MD contended during a session on ‘India Inc goes global’. “SEZs act like pebbles in a lake. Nandigram flares up again, journalists attacked

I don’t favour SEZs: Willy
