Chandigarh, November 12, 2007: Haryana chief minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda forwarded 87 proposals to the Centre for setting up of Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in the state. The SEZ would invite an investments of 2 lakh crore. This would create an employment of over 20 lakh persons. Of the total 87 proposals 57 have been sanctioned in principle.approval.
