Parsvnath Developers Ltd has received a letter of intent from the director, town and country planning, Haryana, to develop an IT park on Main Gurgaon Sohna Road, just 3 km from Rajiv Chowk. The IT park will be spread over 6.8 acres and is located in Sector 48 in Gurgaon.
It will have a total built-up area of 8.5 lakh sq. ft. Work on the project is expected to begin within three months and complete in 24 months. The company already has one IT park in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
The company has also launched Parsvnath Highway Mall in Rajpura, Punjab. The project, which will have a total saleable area of about 2.30 lakh sq. ft, is located in the vicinity of Ambala on NH-1. The mall will have 100 per cent power backup and a large parking space. The project is a part of Parsvnath King City, a township consisting of independent plots, villas, group housing, schools, landscaped gardens etc.
Parsvnath is also developing a pharmaceutical special economic zone at Nanded, Maharashtra, for the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. This will be the company’s second SEZ project in the state.
