Kolkata, February 5, 2008: The Union commerce ministry has summoned seven states — Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal — to ascertain cboth formal and in principle. The meeting is to take place on February 18, when the Board of Approvals (BoA) meets to clear several pending and fresh SEZ applications from different states. (more…)
