About us

The Citizens’ Research Collective has been set up to coordinate India-wide research on Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and related issues emanating from globalization. We are a loose network of independent researchers and groups in many different parts of the country: Bangalore, Chennai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and other cities. We are keen to build a nation-wide network of researchers on the topic with the intention of producing factually reliable material and critically informed analyses of SEZs.
